All of the residential cleaning completed by LakeShore Cleaning Services is done following our detailed 45 point check list. We pride ourselves on our ability and flexibility to meet our customer's demands. If you have something extra you want completed in addition to our normal cleaning, just let us know.
DEN / PLAY ROOMS AND BEDROOMS:
- All entrance doors and door sill plates cleaned
- Furniture dusted (items removed and replaced)
- Picture frames and wall hangings dusted
- All wall mounted shelves dusted
- Window sills and blinds dusted
- Lamp shades dusted
- All ceiling fans and light fixtures wiped down and cleaned
- Vacuum under beds (if accessible)
- Tile/hardwood floors damp mopped
- Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed
- Cobwebs removed
- Furniture cushions vacuumed
- Newspapers and magazines straightened
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, and switchplates
- Overall appearance left neat and tidy
- Area rugs taken and shaken
KITCHEN:
- Countertops and backsplash cleaned (items removed, cleaned and replaced)
- Cabinet fronts cleaned
- All ceiling fans and light fixtures wiped down and cleaned
- Trash cans emptied
- Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining
- Inside and outside of microwave cleaned
- Outside of oven, refrigerator and dishwasher cleaned (including refrigerator top)
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, and switchplates
- Floors washed
HALLWAYS:- Picture frames and wall hangings dusted
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, switchplates
- Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed or floor washed
- All ceiling fans and light fixtures wiped down and cleaned
BATHROOMS:
- Toilet, sink, tile, chrome, vanity tops, and sills scrubbed and left shining
- Tub, shower (and surrounding area) scrubbed and left shining
- Mirrors cleaned
- All ceiling fans and light fixtures cleaned
- Sills and blinds wiped and dusted
- Trash emptied
- Floors vacuumed or washed
