EVERY OFFICE WE CLEAN RECEIVES THIS TREATMENT NIGHTLY:
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, such as desk,s chairs, window ledges, filing cabinets, book shelves, picture frames, etc.
- Clean all sinks, counters, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in the kitchen and coffee areas
- Sweep and mop all uncarpeted floors
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Spot clean carpets for coffee spills, etc.
- Clean and disinfect drinking fountains
EVERY RESTROOM WE CLEAN RECEIVES THIS TREATMENT NIGHTLY:
- Empty every trash container and wipe clean their exteriors
- Replace toilet paper, sanitary bags, paper towels, and soap as needed
- Clean all sinks, partitions, and receptacles
- Wipe clean all chrome fixtures and keep them free of corrosion
- Clean mirrors and other glass
- Disinfect and clean ALL surface areas of the toilets
- Sweep and mop floors with a disinfectant
- Spray with disinfectant and deodorizer
EVERY LOBBY & COMMON AREA WE CLEAN RECEIVES THIS TREATMENT NIGHTLY:
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Clean all glass
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners as needed
- Empty and wipe clean all ash trays
- Sweep and mop uncarpeted areas
- Wipe clean all lobby furniture
Every one of the routines described above is inspected for completion and thoroughness EVERY NIGHT by one of our field supervisors.
